Business Development

What you’ll do:

  • Lead business development initiatives

  • Sell crypto structured products and exotic option solutions to institutional clients (crypto platforms, asset managers, hedge funds, family offices...)

  • Generate content such as market updates, product ideas, etc.


Who we're looking for:

  • A producer, comfortable pitching new solutions to new clients

  • Entrepreneurial and independent

  • Experience with exotic options and/or structured products, in any asset class

  • Interest, and ideally contacts, in the crypto world

Product

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the risk portfolio

  • Generate product ideas and identify trade opportunities

  • Improve pricing models and risk management systems


Who we're looking for:

  • Experience managing exotic options and structured products in any asset class

  • Outstanding quantitative skills (probability and calculus are required)

  • Good coding skills. Python is required, Solidity is a plus.

  • Interest in the crypto ecosystem, eg understanding of blockchain concepts, DeFi protocols, etc

Technology

What you’ll do:

  • Design and develop software systems to support product development at OrBit.

  • Build and deploy robust and scalable infrastructure to connect with other platforms and clients.


Who we're looking for:

  • Proficiency in Python (other object-oriented languages are nice to have). Experience with Defi protocols and smart contracts is a plus.

  • Passion for technology and software engineering, with an affection for high-performance systems with clean abstractions.

  • A pragmatic approach. Identify the right tools for different tasks.

  • Strong interpersonal skills. Effective in a highly collaborative, close-knit team.
